Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about the Stressometer, our clinical services, wellness plans, and how to get started.
Stressometer
What is the Stressometer?
The Stressometer® is India's first AI-powered digital emotional and mental health screening tool, developed by Dr. Vohra's Innovation Labs. It evaluates your stress levels across five clinically validated dimensions through 55 questions and generates a colour-coded report with personalised care recommendations.
How does the Stressometer work?
You answer 55 guided questions online (about 12–15 minutes). Our patented AI engine analyses your responses across five dimensions: Human Nature, Life Circumstances, Clinical Symptoms, Domestic Life, and Professional Life, and generates your stress profile with a Green, Yellow, Orange, or Red rating for each dimension.
Is the Stressometer scientifically validated?
Yes. The Stressometer has been tested at Houston University and published in peer-reviewed journals including the Indian Journal of Psychiatry. In October 2025, it was granted India's first patent for an AI-powered digital mental health screening tool.
What happens after I take the Stressometer?
Based on your colour-coded results, you are matched to the right level of care: (1) Green: preventive tips and self-care strategies, (2) Yellow: guided self-help with optional counsellor check-in, (3) Orange: matched with a psychologist for structured therapy, or (4) Red: psychiatric evaluation and comprehensive treatment plan.
Can I take the Stressometer from outside India?
Yes. The Stressometer is a fully digital tool and can be taken from anywhere with an internet connection. It is currently deployed across enterprises in the USA and India.
Clinical Care
What is the difference between a psychologist and a psychiatrist?
A psychologist provides talk therapy, counselling, and behavioural techniques such as CBT, DBT, and REBT. A psychiatrist is a medical doctor who can diagnose clinical conditions, prescribe medication, and provide medical treatment alongside therapy. Based on your needs, you may see one or both.
What conditions do you treat?
We treat the full spectrum of mental, emotional, and behavioural health conditions including depression, anxiety disorders, OCD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, ADHD, schizophrenia, addiction, sleep disorders, eating disorders, personality disorders, anger management, relationship issues, burnout, grief, and more.
Do you offer services for children and adolescents?
Yes. We provide specialised support for children and teens covering academic stress, behavioural issues, ADHD, screen addiction, developmental concerns, and parenting guidance.
Do you offer couples and family therapy?
Yes. We offer relationship counselling, family therapy, and mediation to resolve conflicts, rebuild trust, and navigate life transitions together.

All you need is a stable internet connection and a private space. In-person visits at our New Delhi clinic remain available whenever preferred.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Please refer to our Refunds & Cancellations page for the complete policy. In general, cancellations made with sufficient notice are eligible for rescheduling or refund.
Wellness Plans
What are the different wellness plans?
We offer three care paths: (1) Stressometer Only: take the screening and receive your colour-coded report with self-help recommendations, (2) Stressometer + Psychologist: screening plus matched sessions with a licensed psychologist for structured therapy, and (3) Stressometer + Psychiatrist: complete care including screening, psychologist sessions, and psychiatric evaluation with medication management if needed.
How does the care matching work?
After you take the Stressometer, your results determine the recommended level of care. You can choose to follow the recommended path or select a different plan based on your preference. Our team helps match you with the right clinician for your needs.
