Why fees are shared on enquiry
Fees differ by clinician and format, and the team will tell you the exact figure for the appointment you are booking, by phone, WhatsApp or email, before anything is confirmed. If a figure is quoted here in future it will be the same figure quoted on enquiry; the site and the clinic read from one record.
Payment, cancellation and refunds
The team explains payment options when confirming the appointment. Appointments cancelled with sufficient notice can be rescheduled or refunded as set out on the refunds and cancellations page.
Organisations
Enterprise and institutional programmes (Stressometer screening for employees or students, with matched care) are priced per programme. Email help@drvohras.com with the size of the group.
Frequently asked questions
- Is the first consultation more expensive than a follow-up?
- Yes. A first consultation is longer and includes the full evaluation; follow-ups are shorter and charged less.
- Do online consultations cost less than in-person?
- Fees are set per clinician and visit type; the team quotes the exact fee for the format you choose.
- Does insurance cover psychiatric consultations in India?
- Under IRDAI rules, insurers must cover mental illness on the same basis as physical illness, but outpatient consultations are covered only by policies that include OPD benefits. Check your policy; the clinic provides receipts and prescriptions for claims.
- How do I book?
- Call or WhatsApp +91 99992 49223, email help@drvohras.com, or use the contact form. The team confirms the clinician, the format and the fee before the appointment.
- What if I am in crisis?
- Call Tele-MANAS 14416 or KIRAN 1800-599-0019 (24x7, free) or 112. Dr Vohra's is an outpatient clinic, not an emergency service.
