Online counselling, wherever you live
Counselling and therapy with the clinic's psychologists run by secure video or voice call, scheduled in your morning or evening. Sessions are 45 to 50 minutes, in English or Hindi, with clinicians who understand Indian families and the pressures of living away from home: loneliness after a move, work and visa stress, relationship strain, homesickness and guilt about parents.
- Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) for anxiety, low mood and panic
- Counselling for stress, burnout, grief and life changes
- Couples and family therapy, including across two countries
- Support for students abroad and their parents in India
Psychiatric care: in India, or guidance while you are away
When you are in India, on a visit or for good, the clinic's psychiatrists see you for a full consultation in person at East Patel Nagar or online, with diagnosis, medication where needed and follow-up. While you live abroad, the law of the country you live in governs prescriptions, so the clinic does not prescribe medicine across borders. What it does instead is guide you to the right psychiatric care where you live and share a clear summary with your doctor there, so treatment continues without starting from scratch.
Care for your parents and family in India
Many NRIs worry most about the people they left behind. The clinic sees parents and family members in Delhi in person or online: depression and anxiety in older adults, memory problems and dementia, sleep, adjustment after a loss or illness, and care for children and teenagers. With your parent's consent, you can join consultations by video from abroad, receive updates after each visit, and speak to the clinician directly, so you know how they are doing and what comes next.
- Psychiatric and psychological care for parents, in person or online
- Memory and dementia assessment, with support for the carer at home
- Video joining for family members abroad, with the patient's consent
- Updates after each visit and a single point of contact at the clinic
- Help arranging follow-ups, tests and medicines in Delhi
Booking and fees
Write on WhatsApp or email with where you live and what you need; the team suggests times in your time zone and confirms the clinician and the fee before you book. Fees can be paid from abroad in Indian rupees or US dollars. If you are ever in immediate danger, contact your local emergency number; the clinic is for planned care.
