How online consultations work
Book by phone, WhatsApp or the contact form; the team confirms a time, the clinician and the fee. At the time of the appointment you join a secure video or voice call from a private place. The consultation follows the same structure as an in-person visit: history, assessment, diagnosis or formulation, and a plan. Prescriptions, where needed, are sent electronically under India's Telemedicine Practice Guidelines (2020); a few controlled medicines require an in-person visit.
Therapy sessions run weekly by video. Follow-ups are scheduled every two to four weeks at first.
