What the programme includes
- Stressometer screening for every employee, by link, with the adult version
- Confidential individual reports; no individual result is shared with the employer
- Aggregate dashboard: distribution across the five dimensions and bands, by division or site where group sizes allow
- Matched care paths: self-help resources, counsellor check-ins, psychologist sessions, psychiatric evaluation
- A dedicated account manager and customised wellbeing sessions
- Re-screening at an agreed interval to measure change
Why screen rather than survey
Engagement surveys ask how people feel about work; the Stressometer measures stress across human nature, life circumstances, clinical symptoms, domestic life and professional life with a validated instrument (Cronbach's alpha 0.935, compared against the DASS, PSS and SOS scales), so the organisation sees where the strain is and each person gets a next step.
Privacy
Individual results are visible only to the employee and, with consent, to the clinician they consult. The employer receives aggregates only, with minimum group sizes to prevent identification. The clinic's privacy policy applies.
Getting started
Email help@drvohras.com with the organisation's size and locations. The team proposes a deployment plan, pricing per programme, and a timeline; a pilot with one division is common.
